1. Who can sell on Trazoo?
Trazoo is primarily designed for businesses that engage in wholesale trade and who wish to expand their customer base and streamline their operations through an online platform.

To sell on Trazoo, you must be a registered business in India and have a valid GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration number.

Trazoo welcomes suppliers in Garments, Fashion Accessories, Mobile & Mobile Accessories, Home Linen, Footwear, and Bags & Backpacks Categories. As this list expands we will update it on our website.

2. What do I need to start selling on Trazoo?
Your seller application requires you to enter these 4 things:

  • 1. Business Details- Your registered business name, owner name, logo, etc.
  • 2. GSTIN Number- GST is mandatory for online selling. You can get it easily on the gov website at a very low Cost.
  • 3. Company Bank account- You need a current bank account to receive your payments.
  • 4. Pick-up address- You need to provide us with a pickup address from where our logistics service will pick up shipments.

3. How can I upload my products online?
You can easily upload products in minutes in the Seller-Zone section in the app or on the web app after your account is approved!

4. How much will it cost me to sell on Trazoo?
Trazoo is a zero-commission marketplace. Your complete order amount is remitted to your account as per the payment schedule. Your monthly charge as per your subscription plan is deducted from your payout once every month.

1. Who is responsible for logistics?
Trazoo provides a Door-to-Door shipping service. Once an order is marked ready to ship, our trusted logistics partners like Amazon, Ecom Express, and Delhivery pick shipments and deliver within 3-5 days.

2. Who pays for shipping?
Shipment charges for forward shipments are collected from buyers.

In case of approved returns sellers have to bear the return cost. So we recommend you prepare shipments responsibly to avoid such returns. For details go through our ”shipping policy”.

1. Who takes care of the payments?
We help you provide various payment options like net banking, Cards, UPI, and Cash-on-Delivery to your buyers.

2. What is the seller’s payment schedule?
Your order payment is dispatched on the 8th day of delivery. Payments are made every day with an exception of public holidays and bank holidays.

3. What all payment options are available for buyers?
Various trusted payment options like net banking, Cards, UPI, and Cash-on-Delivery are available for your buyers.

4. How is GST collected on Trazoo?
You are requested to price your products including any applicable tax (GST etc) as the seller is responsible for collecting tax. Trazoo provides you with a platform to sell and market your products and grow your business. Any sale on Trazoo is a contract between the seller and buyer only.

1. What is Trazoo’s return policy?
If the products received by the buyer are damaged or wrong they can place a return request within 72 hours (3 Days) after delivery. Once a request is received, we will assess it.

Once a return is approved, the entire amount including the shipping fee if any is refunded to the buyer, and reverse logistics are arranged.

1. How can I be assured of product quality?
At Trazoo, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products from trusted sellers. To ensure product quality, we have several measures in place, such as:

  • 1. Seller Verification: We thoroughly verify all sellers before they can start selling on our platform to ensure that they meet our standards and requirements.
  • 2. Product Verification: We also verify the quality of products listed on our platform by conducting random checks, visiting sellers' premises, and getting feedback from customers.
  • 3. Customer Reviews: Our platform allows customers to leave reviews and ratings for products and sellers, which can help other customers make informed decisions.
  • 4. Return Policy: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return up to 72 hours post-delivery.
  • Overall, we take product quality seriously at Trazoo and have measures in place to ensure that our customers receive only high-quality products from trusted sellers.

2. Is there a COD payment option available for orders?
COD is available from almost all sellers on Trazoo.

However, The availability of COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment option can depend on the individual seller and their policies on Trazoo. Most sellers offer COD as a payment option, while a few may not.

3. How much time will it take to deliver the products?
After an order is shipped, Our trusted logistics partners will deliver most orders in 3 to 5 days.

4. The seller asked me to make a payment to his bank account. Should I?
It's important to be cautious when a seller asks you to make a payment to their bank account and give the order offline. Trazoo provides a secure and trusted platform for B2B transactions between wholesalers and retailers, and all payments should be made through the platform to ensure safety and accountability. Making payments outside the platform can put you at risk of fraud or other types of scams. If a seller asks you to make payments offline, it's recommended that you request them to follow the correct payment process on Trazoo.

5. Can I contact or negotiate with the Seller?
On Trazoo, you can chat with sellers or contact them directly to resolve your queries. You may try asking sellers for a discount if you are buying in larger quantities.

1. What is Trazoo’s return policy?
If the products you have received are damaged or wrong you can easily request a return from your order details in the app. You get 72 hours(3 Days) to place a return request. Once a request is received, we will assess it.

Once a return is approved, the entire amount including the shipping fee if any is refunded through the mode of payment used at the time of placing orders or to the bank account details associated with your Trazoo Account.
