Trazoo Shipping Policy

Thank you for doing business with Trazoo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unfavourable weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be paid by seller or buyer as governed by the matrix shown below

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of placing order using the weight, origin and destination of shipment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation sms/email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track order under my order section on Trazoo mobile app.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Trazoo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

You can file a claim if orders received are damaged. Upon receiving information/documentation from seller, buyer and delivery firm, Trazoo shall take the decision which will be final and binding for all entities involved.

The Users agree to defend and hold Trazoo and its affiliated and related entities, and any of their shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from and indemnified against any claims, lawsuits, penalties and damages arising out of any intended or unintended mis-shipment, delay or dispute involving Shipment of Goods.
